Corporate Director of Business Development

As Corporate Director of Business Development, Ron is responsible for ethica’s corporate development, business development, and strategic marketing activities.  This includes playing a key role in managing and developing ethica’s business ventures in India and Argentina, identifying and developing new partnerships that help ethica meet its global business objectives, and expanding ethica’s business opportunities both in North America and abroad.

Ron brings over 20 years of experience within the life science industry.  Prior to joining ethica, Ron was Senior Director at a leading, global Contract Research Organization (CRO) where he held senior marketing, strategic planning, and corporate development roles.  He played a key role in the execution of a number of acquisitions and strategic business expansions, and was responsible for successfully negotiating a number of partnerships that supported one of the company’s key and, at the time, newly-created service offerings.

Ron is an active member of various industry organizations such as BioQuebec, the Drug Information Association (DIA), and the Pharmaceutical Marketing Club of Quebec (PMCQ). [rkolanitch@ethicaclinical.ca; ext. 212]
