Established in 1996, Veritas IRB is an experienced and transparent Independent Review Board committed to ensuring the safety and rights of research participants, ensuring unbiased supervision of studies, and ensuring that studies are conducted according to the highest standards of ethical and clinical practice.

Veritas IRB is a non-profit division of ethica and is the only Canadian ethics board accredited by the Association for the Accreditation of Human Research Protection Programs (AAHRPP).  All surpluses arising from the services of Veritas IRB are re-invested into research participant protection initiatives.
